A Lakeside Motherhood Session.
A story I have got the opportunity to capture. A second chance story for a little boy who has no idea how lucky he is. One of the most selfless moms I know. A mother who didn’t have to be, who chose to be. Adoption is funny. It is something you have to wait on to be finalized but all along it has been real. Yes the paperwork is important but the undeniable bond between a mother and her child is worth more than paperwork.
The Lake or any water really is always one of my favorite places to shoot as a Missouri Photographer. Being able to tell a story through my lens is always my goal and these two made it so easy.
One word of advice. Moms, get in the frame. Let someone take the photos of you. You deserve it!!
